When we meet to discuss selling your house, the first thing I do is provide you with a fair market valuation of the property. This is a fairly specific price that reflects the current market, the condition of the house, and many other factors. Once we have a list price, we set to work to prepare the house for showings – sometimes minor changes can make a big difference! Professional photography is next. I want your house to show well long before buyers make it to your doorstep.  Once your home is on the market, I keep you updated with feedback from showings, neighborhood competition (ie the house down the street just sold, or new houses in your area were just listed) and other pertinent information.  Once your home goes under contract, I use a state-of-the-art contract management system to keep everyone involved (buyers agents, lenders, inspectors ect) informed as we move towards closing. Negotiating contracts can be tricky and I am an agent who is willing to work with YOUR best interests at the forefront.
